I’m a technologist and angel investor, mostly focused on machine learning.

In my career I’ve bounced back and forth between startups and bigcorps (Yahoo!, Microsoft, eBay, LinkedIn, Adobe), driven by a grass-is-greener restlessness. I’ve been through the acquisition cycle four times. In most of these jobs I’ve been managing machine learning teams.

Adobe was my Last Job, and going forward I’m semi-retired, focusing on angel investing/advising, and whatever else interests me: music composition, fiction, renewable energy, tournament poker.
